A few weeks ago I finally had the chance to stop by Italian in Copenhagen Cicchetti. One of many Italians in the city, but this one stands out. The name itself means italian snacks, and that’s exactly what’s on the menu.

The location is in the busy street of Nørrebrogade, but as soon as you walk inside you’re met by the beautiful and sleek interior. It’s run by women, and that’s easy to notice in the feminine-without-being-too-much-details.

They change the menu often, but you can easily find burrata cheese, different salumi, crostino with veggies (we got one with zucchini flowers) along with some fish and meat dishes. Cicchetti suggests 4-5 courses per person, personally I felt that was a bit too much, but that depends on who (and how hungry) you are.

I can’t wait to come back to Cicchetti, it’s the perfect date spot for a relaxed yet delicious dinner experience. And sharing is caring!
