Buenos días from sunny Mallorca! While it’s cold and rainy in Copenhagen, I’m enjoying my easter break in warmer weather.

On my morning run I stumbled upon this wonderful old finca selling organic produce since 1979. I had to take a closer look.

Inside I met the wonderful Norwegian owner, who was very passionate and happily told me about all the products – from veggies and sun dried tomatoes to eggs and homemade goats cheese. The huge garden was in full bloom and buzzing with life. Everything at Sa Sabata is all natural and wild, no doubt this is better than your local supermarket.

The organic mindset doesn’t just go for the products – they encourage you to bring back the egg tray for recycling and the bike in the garden was found in a dumpster, but got a new set of wheels and a wash, so now it’s as good as new.

Sa Sabata is definitely worth a visit!
