THE BUTCHER’S DAUGHTER

Don’t let the name fool you, this place has nothing to do with meat. Unless you count adzuki bean bacon … (well, I dont!) In fact, their menu is vegetarian and non-dairy.

I’ve already babbled about The Butcher’s Daughter, so on my recent trip to NY it was time to try it. And I’m a fan! They’re experts at juices and smoothies, but if you can only choose one, go for the ‘orange’ juice with tangerine, orange and carrot. As for food, the avocado toast with a sunny side up egg was great, but my favourite was the coconut yogurt parfait.
