Speaking of hotels opening in Amsterdam got me dreaming about the charming city. I’ve been there twice, the first time in a heatwave, next during a very cold December – both times was quite magical. Next time I wanna hit up these three places.
Restaurant De Kas
Munch on homegrown greens and herbs from the daily changing menu (depending on the harvest of the day) in the beautiful greenhouse setting. It’s not all veggies though, they get meats etc. from local suppliers. This looks amazing!

This place specialises in brunch, serving it Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Choose between eggs benedict (they even have a healthy version), french toast, bagel with salmon, burgers and more. They recommend a bloody mary to go along, but you can also slurp on coffees or freshly squeezed juices.

Who doesn’t love a french bistro? Nacional opened about a year ago, serves classics such as steak tatare and salade nicoise and looks like a place to have a great night.
