Eggs and coffee go hand in hand for a nice breakfast, and Buvette does it really good!
I wanted to stop by their café in New York, but unfortunately never got to it – luckily I had my chance to visit their other café when I was in Paris. It is just around the corner from my new favourite Paris hotel (you can almost smell the coffee from the hotel window), and is the perfect stop for brunch. Freshly squeezed juices, scrambled eggs and croque madame make for an excellent morning and mid day menu, while the card changes at night to veggie dishes and more filling dishes like meat and fish. They also serve cocktails at night.
But as you know, I’m a breakfast lover, so I’d definitely stop by in the morning.
