I’m a sucker for a good breakfast spot, and this might be my favourite in London. Though I’m all about sweet and savory desserts and cakes, I like to start my day in a somewhat healthy manner.

Yoghurt, granola, eggs (scrambled or soft boiled), a great cappuccino and freshly squeezed juice are on top of my breakfast-list, and all of those are available at Daylesford Organic. As the name says, it’s organic, which is just an added bonus.

Eggs, meat, veggies and fruits – most of Daylesfords ingredients come from their own farm in Cotswold, a farm to fork experience as they say it. But beware, a visit to this place makes you really hungry! When you enter the store, it’s a mini market with fresh veggies, freshly baked breads, pastries and cakes. In fridges they have what appears to be the most delicious take away dishes I’ve seen, organic soups, whole chickens, pasta dishes and more.

Downstairs is the kitchen store, where you’ll find everything for your organic kitchen. Beautiful glasses, cool marble serving boards, cookbooks and tools for your kitchen.

Upstairs is the cafe, always busy and lively, with a casual atmosphere.

In other words, Daylesford is much more than just a café. Hopefully I can visit their farm and spa in Cotswold someday!
