This is the third edition of guestblogger Luka’s tips to Barcelona, this time about a place I’d really love to try! Read more about Luka here, and see her other tips here.

This place was recommended to us by no other than Josephine, so of course we had to try it out. Flax & Kale is situated in an old industrial building with elevated ceilings, a juicery at the end (!) and outstanding interior decoration. Equally rustic and contemporary.  Each dish on the menu is classified into organic, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian, which makes it easy to navigate. Wow, so cool.
The first morning I went for the acai bowl (yum!) with fresh blueberries, dried goji berries and flaxseed. The best way to kickstart the day after a late flight the night before. And one of their smoothies to go. We loved this place so much, we ended up coming back on the last morning. This time around, I ordered their flourfree pancakes with homemade blueberry yoghurt. Flax & Kale was the perfect start and ending to beautiful Barcelona.
