The loyal reader will know my love for breakfast spots. There’s nothing better than starting your day with a tasty but healthy meal.

In Paris, that can be challenging. The French can easily classify a baguette with a side of beurre as breakfast. You’re not fooling me, I need something nourishing than can keep me going (i.e. shopping) for hours. Luckily I’m not the only one. More and more breakfast places are popping up in the streets of Paris (this is another favourite), with so many choices on the menu, you won’t even think about that baguette.

Season is one of them. You’ll find it in the upper Marais, and it’s definitely worth a try. Yoghurt and granola is a favourite of mine, and at Season, they not only offer one, but four different ones. And the acai bowl is as good as it looks! Other menu choices include pancakes and avocado toast (or tartine, as the french say), and for lunch a selection of wonderful salads. Wash it down with a juice – Season make their own, but they also offer cold pressed ones from Juice It.
