This is one of my London favourites! I also mentioned it in the London travel guide I did to last months ELLE Denmark.

The name says it all – eating at The Good Life Eatery will make your life good. They specialize in cold pressed juices and healthy eats like salads, sandwiches and acai bowls, but compared to other healthy places, they’ve taken it up a notch. The food is cooked in a real kitchen, instead of just being assembled next to the coffee machine. That means you can find teriyaki salmon or pad thai among the salads. In other words, this is not your usual coffee place or deli. It’s not a restaurant either, the busy atmosphere and people waiting in line for a green juice or takeaway food will tell.

Though I can’t really define exactly what The Good Life is (if you think about it, who can?),  I can tell you it’s really good.

It’s situated in the upscale South Kensington neighbourhood, which is a nice change to all the other posh eateries around.

One last note! They do insanely good cakes and desserts, all naturally sweetened with agave. The chocolate cupcake is to die for!

No reservations – you might have to fight a few South Kensington girls to get a table, but it’s totally worth it!

The Good Life Eatery, 59 Sloane Avenue.
