THREE TO TRY: BONDI BEACH

Copenhagen is cold and rainy, something I wouldn’t mind swopping for just a few hours at a sunny beach. I’ve never been to Australia, but it’s supposed to be healthy food heaven. That could definitely make me forget about my fear of deadly spiders. These three cafés are on top of my list.

Sprout Cafe

One of the newcomers to Bondi, Sprout Cafe is the perfect brunch place. Bircher muesli, eggs and bacon or a halloumi salad, there’s something for everyone. Slurp it down with a freshly squeezed juice.

This place specialises in locally sourced ingredients and rumor has is that the dish to go for here, is the green pea pancakes topped with avocado, feta and poached eggs. So I would, sounds absolutely amazing!

Bruce Leaves

Superfoods served with a side of humor? Look no further. Among Bruces juices you’ll find the Fruit Ninja or The Hangover, and among smoothies Bananas in Bahamas. Sounds good? Their salads look even better, many of them with a Korean twist – they recommend their bahn mi rolls. I’ll go for it all, cause as they say Bruces Leaves you satisfied.
