Palma de Mallorca is all about tapas – croquetas, bacon wrapped dates, pimientos de padrón and the list goes on. So delicious – but once in a while you need something refreshing in the heat. Let me introduce you to raw food café Ziva To Go. Who knew Palma had raw food? So cool!
I’ve already told you about my favourite area Santa Catalina, but it really is worth a visit. Much more calm and quiet than the crowded centre of Palma, it’s a great place to hang out in the afternoon. Just next to the food market you’ll find Ziva To Go, which is, as far as I know, the only place to get raw food on the island.
They serve salads and sandwiches of the day, which is perfect for a quick lunch or to take away. However I’d go back for their freshly squeezed juices and smoothies and delicious raw cakes. They also sell house made raw granola – the coconut is amazing!
