All of the places I feature on the blog are some that I would recommend you to try (obviously), but inevitably some of them are higher on the favourite list than others.
Here are 5 of my favourites I discovered this year, all of which I wouldn’t hesitate to try again in a second!
Copenhagen: Bæst
Deluxe pizzas, homemade charcuterie and burrata(!) with a great atmosphere – this place is great for a Saturday night or just a casual weeknight.
Montauk: The Surf Lodge
This magical hotel in the most East end of Long Island is like a dream come true! Laid back surfer vibes meets St. Tropez with an American twist pretty much equals the perfect hangout of the summer.
Stockholm: Café Pascal
The Swedes do ‘fika’ well, but they do breakfast just as well. Great coffees, avocado toast, chia pudding, eggs … You won’t go home hungry.
Paris: Grand Pigalle Hotel
From now on my preferred hotel in Paris, need I say more?
New York: Bluestone Lane Coffee Collective
Not sure if I’m more fascinated by the sublime coffee or the coconut quinoa porridge with the most tasty cashew butter I’ve ever tried – but this NY spot is winning my heart.
